Charles A. Blandford passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the age of 90. Charley was born on December 10, 1928 to Addie Lee (Atkins) Blandford and Andrew Silcox Blandford in the area of Boldtville, Texas and remained a life-long resident there. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Lee (Blandford) Toothman and Chester Toothman; brother and sister-in-law, John Day Blandford and Margie Blandford; and brothers-in-law, John Quincy Adams and Oliver Dillard. After serving in the army, he returned to his career with Southwestern Bell Telephone, and later retired after 37 years of service to AT&T.
