C.J. Popham, Jr. entered eternal rest on December 22, 2018 surrounded by his loving family in Adkins, Texas. He was born on October 30, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to Charlie James Popham, Sr. and Lillian (Shedrock) Popham who preceded him in death. C.J. is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Dorothy Popham; children, Harley Popham and wife Kathy, and Rhonda Brantley; grandchildren, Ryan Popham, Dustin Popham, Trace Popham, Jennifer Haynes, and Christina Haynes; great- grandchildren, Kennedy Popham and Embree Jasso; sisters, Buela La Vern Duncan and Jane Ellen Taylor, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Floresville City Cemetery.
