On December 9, 2018, Urcie Kathryn (Uhl) Allen went to be with her Lord at the age of 81 years. Urcie was born on December 28, 1936 in San Antonio, Texas to Gilford H. “Billie” Uhl and Urcie Kathryn (La Ro) Uhl whom have preceded her in death along with her husband Robert C. “Bob” Allen, Jr. (whom retired from Handy Andy after 44 years), and brothers, Gilford “Corky” La Ro Uhl and Billie Samuel Uhl. Urcie retired from Southwestern Bell after 40 plus years. She is survived by her sons, Robert C. “Butch” Allen III and E. Herman Allen (Michelle); grandchildren, Shawnee Allen and Sayers Allen; brother, David Lee Uhl. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018, 5:00pm-8:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas.
