On November 20, 2018 Dolores Neugebauer of Adkins, Texas went to be with her Heavenly Father at the age of 58 years. Dolores was born on July 7, 1960 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Michael Victor Broll and Emily (Laskowski) Broll. On July 31, 1982 Dolores married her sweetheart, Robert Gary Neugebauer in San Antonio and will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 36 years. She is also survived by her four children and their spouses, Katrina J. McElroy (Wesley), Amber M. Byrom (Kenny), Ashley A. Herndon (Brett) and Nathan Neugebauer (Chandra); grandchildren, Dallas McElroy, Easton Byrom, Falynn Herndon, Dwight McElroy, and one on the way, Hadley Byrom; sisters, Barbara Pawelek (Kenneth) and Kathy Voigt (Larry); sister-in-law, Margaret Gurgiolo; brother-in-law, Ron Neugebauer; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Dolores is preceded in death by her parents; mother and father-in-law, Al and Florence Neugebauer; sister and brother-in-law, Priscilla and Richard Schier; and brother-in-law, Charles Gurgiolo. A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2018, 5:00pm-7:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia Texas, with the Rosary at 7:00pm.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in San Antonio. Father Scott Janysek and Deacon Gerald Urteaga will be officiants of the services. The family wishes to thank Ernest of VITAS Hospice for his loving care during Dolores’ courageous fight. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Dolores’ name by way of mass intentions.
