Emmett Steve Ramsey, Jr., 70 passed away on November 19, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. Emmett was born on August 28, 1948 in San Diego, California to Emmett Ramsey, Sr. and Betty (Daegen) Ramsey whom have preceded him in death along with his brother, David Ramsey. Emmett served in Vietnam while in the United States Army and was awarded the Purple Heart. He continued his government service as a Meat Inspector with USDA. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jeremiah Ramsey and Stacey Ramsey; sister, Gail Ramsey-Kollman; brother, Ronald Ramsey; aunt, Jimmie George “Aunt Bebo”; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018, 1:30pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas.
