Tillie (Franckowiak) Kosub, 94, of St. Hedwig, Texas went to rest with her Lord and Savior on April 16, 2017. Tillie was born on July 5, 1922 in St. Hedwig, Texas to Vincent Franckowiak and Hedwig (Padalecki) Franckowiak. On February 15, 1944, Tillie married Frank “Bud” P. Kosub, who preceded her in death in 1985. Also, preceding her in death are her parents; her son, Frank L. Kosub; grandson, Edward Friesenhahn; brothers, Edward, Alois, Stanley, Joe and John Franckowiak; sisters, Gertrude Krueger and Mary Schirmer; and infant brother, Bernard Franckowiak. Tillie is survived by children, Robert Kosub (Peggy), James Kosub (Patti), Raymond Kosub (Liz), Elaine Moczygemba (Pelagius), Betty Friesenhahn (Philip), and Linda Reed (John); grandchildren, Becky, Dobie (Staci), Brady (Letty), and Justin (Ashley) Kosub, Lisa Kay Miller, Darryl (Shay), Julie, Derek, and Ryan Moczygemba, Andrew (Lisa), Lucas (Lori) and Gregory (Heather) Friesenhahn, and Nicole Reed; great-grandchildren, Carson, Emerson, Reid, Emily Jane, and Kip Kosub, Ellie Miller, Thomas and Maddie Moczygemba, Jacob, Cole, Kaylie, Emily Reese, Megan, Owen and Shiloh Friesenhahn; sister, Rita Ristow; sister-in-law, Harriet Franckowiak; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig, Texas; the Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm.
